“I understand.”
To hear those words from someone and see how true it rings from them is immense. Consider what it is to be understood and then given the time to work through and the space to develop on that. What a blessing that is. So rare and so valuable.
And it is something we’re capable of offering to others as we submit ourselves to the process of seeking the good of the other.
God help us to truly understand others and give them that precious space and time.
