“It’s nothing personal, it’s just business.”
Those distinctions help some to have a different mentality to work than everything else in life.
When it comes to Kingdom business, though, those separations don’t work. God’s business is about the whole of life and takes in all of life. Making those distinctions – hiding behind a “professional” approach – does not advance God’s business.
Jesus showed God took His business personally. He expects those who go about His business to likewise reflect how much it means to God that people turn to Him for life.
