Dryden Shorts: Every Day

There are things done so habitually as part of life, they would only be noticed when they were not done, so ingrained are they to daily existence.

Breathing is probably the one done most habitually. As we understand it, failing to do that usually means we ain’t doing the existing thing.

What else could we do, on a daily basis that was so ingrained and would be as detrimental to us to go without, as breathing?
