She still remembers.
They stayed together and thought that they worked it out. Yet she still remembers and when she remembers, those feelings come back – betrayal, devastation, trauma and seemingly unending heartbreak.
She was told that time heals all wounds, but that’s not how she felt all these years later. She wasn’t harbouring the hurt, at least that’s how she felt. It was just so hard to move on sometimes.
Could there be any healing for the pain?
